  • Certificate dispatch and status records (for example sent, failed, downloaded).
  • Credit wallet and payment transaction metadata.

3. How Data Is Stored

TruMarked stores operational data in a secured backend workspace associated with your organization. We no longer rely only on browser-session storage for core processing. This enables reliable resume across sessions/devices and delivery history tracking.

4. Why We Process This Data

  • Generate personalized certificate files from your template and learner data.
  • Deliver certificates via email and track delivery outcomes.
  • Support credit accounting, billing, fraud prevention, and audit requirements.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot processing failures when requested.

5. Access Controls and Security

  • Access is scoped to your organization workspace.
  • Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS).
  • Operational controls are designed to reduce unauthorized access risk.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained to operate certificate workflows and history unless deleted by your team or required for legal/accounting obligations. You can manage event-level and learner-level data from your dashboard flows.

7. Third-Party Services

We use service providers for authentication, data infrastructure, email delivery, and payments. These providers process data only for platform operations under their own security and compliance commitments.
