1. Acceptance

By using TruMarked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

TruMarked provides tools to upload templates and learner data, generate personalized certificates, send certificates by email, and manage dispatch history and credits.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of uploaded data.
You must have permission to process learner personal data.
You must not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Credits and Billing

1 credit corresponds to one certificate action (email send or download).
Credits are consumed on successful certificate action processing.
If an email dispatch fails at provider stage, available logic may refund the consumed credit and report the failure.
Purchased credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Data and Privacy

Operational data is stored in a secured backend workspace to support certificate generation reliability, status tracking, and cross-device continuity. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Availability and Limits

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply limits, or update features to improve reliability and security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TruMarked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
